The framework is alive. This page records the published versions — of the framework, of the validation document, of the book in preparation and of the site itself. Every editorial decision and every structural change leaves a mark here. Versioning discipline is a performative application of Principle 7 (generational gradient): what is not documented is not inherited.

Validation document
Condensed version of the book circulated for validation with experts, technical colleagues, public policy makers and professionals in transition. Sets the structure of eight principles, four audiences and three horizons.
Internal iteration
Refinement of Principle 4 (constitutional reversibility) after feedback from three Latin American CIOs. Addition of Principle 8 (personal sovereignty) after validation with professionals in transition. Articulation of the Sen / Habermas pair as conceptual pillars.
First complete draft
Initial articulation of the single principle, the double stack doctrine and the first six principles. PIX case developed for the first time.
