What data we keep, and why.
No boilerplate legal language — this is literally what this site does with your information, consistent with the framework itself: our own decision layer, a replaceable execution layer.
WHAT WE COLLECT
Just your email, and only when you give it voluntarily: subscribing to the newsletter, requesting a self-assessment report, downloading the book sample, or leaving your email for certification. If you take a self-assessment without leaving your email, your answers and score aren't tied to any identity — they're kept anonymously for our own statistics, not to profile you.
WHERE IT LIVES
In our own database (Postgres, hosted on Neon) — not on a third-party platform that manages the list for us. It's the same double-stack distinction the framework describes: the decision layer (who's subscribed, what we send them) is ours; the execution layer (who delivers the email) is replaceable.
WHAT RESEND DOES
Resend only delivers the email — it doesn't decide who's subscribed and has no access to manage the list. It's the execution layer for sending, swappable without migrating data if we ever change providers.
ANALYTICS
We use Plausible to know which pages get read. It doesn't use cookies, doesn't build a cross-site profile of you, and we don't sell or share that data with anyone.
HOW TO UNSUBSCRIBE OR DELETE YOUR DATA
Every email we send has an unsubscribe link that works with a one-step confirmation (so a security scanner from your email provider can't unsubscribe you without you asking). If you want us to delete your email entirely instead of just unsubscribing, write to marco@arquitecturasoberana.com.
THIRD PARTIES WITH ACCESS
Three, and no more: Neon (hosts the database), Resend (delivers the emails), and Plausible (cookieless analytics). No ad networks, no tracking pixels, no reselling data to anyone.
